Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Starlite Drive-In! We’re thrilled to share the magic of movies under the stars with you. Before you complete your purchase, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket or attending a show, you agree to abide by these terms.
Please note, we reserve the right to update, change or add new terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this website. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions before making this or any future purchases to ensure you remain up to date.
Tickets and Refunds
At Starlite Drive-In, we’re committed to making your movie night memorable — even when things don’t go as planned.
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless covered under our “No Show? No Problem” Guarantee, which protects you in the event of weather-related cancellations or technical disruptions before the first show concludes.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected at purchase. Please retain your email confirmation as proof of purchase — lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Made a mistake? No problem! Send us an email at starlitedriveinbloomington@gmail.com and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.
Entry may be denied for safety reasons or if theater rules are violated.
Sellouts happen — especially for popular titles! To ensure we don’t overbook and remain compliant with local and state capacity regulations, we may disable online ticket sales in advance of a showing.
If you’ve already purchased your ticket online, rest assured — your spot is guaranteed. Even if you see us turning cars away at the entrance, please proceed to the box office and present your ticket confirmation. We’ve saved a space just for you.

- If a show is cancelled during the first movie:
- Onsite guests can use their ticket receipt for entry into another show this year.
- If the cancellation happens after the first movie wraps:
- No refunds can be issued. Think of the second movie as a bonus feature!
